It’s been 39 years.. people call it a ruby jubilee but we call it a jubilee of eternal tenderness that this college has given over these blessed years.

The beginning was as an idea of a good investment crystallized from an insight that decided not to invest money and objects but to invest the most precious thing in existence, which is the mind of man, and output was good educated and intellectual girls.

The investment has been in accordance with Islamic creed, which honored women through a clear vision and a unique humanitarian message.

  The beginning was in 1399 AH, corresponding to the academic year 1979/1980, when the Islamic Center Association opened its educational institute under the name of "Institute of Islamic Teachers", which later became “Islamic Community College”. Ever since, it has made great strides and reached distinctive levels in all fields of science whether Islamic , theoretical, practical or professional. It would not have been possible without the Almighty of Allah and then the continuous efforts of those in charge and employees.

  Our achievements have been extended in the field of training and various courses, where thousands of participants have graduated from the Department of Continuous Education in courses exceeding (100) courses in which the  participants are distinguishably trained to meet the needs of the labor market.

  A number of field activities, charitable works, scientific forums, religious weeks, art and scientific exhibitions and educational lectures were also carried out to help refine the student's personality and serve the local community.

  This is our story, the story of pride in changing the place and time and building human minds that is prepared annually to follow those who preceded.

  The sky showers our dreams after being hit by the arrows of our wishes, here we are at the edge of wearing graduation robe, and stepping up the platforms of our dreams which we have always dreamt of.

Years went by, hardships and struggles until we got where we are now. Here we fold a page carried seriousness and diligence and we reap the fruit of fatigue and achieve what we sought.
